Chatbots seem to be the hot topic of 2017-2018. And it's for good reason. These guys are major powerhouses for helping any business (especially starting out or small business). Now you might be wondering: What even are chatbots?
These little guys are basically a software app that helps simulate human-like conversations.
But, before your eyes start to glaze over. Think about it like this: They are playing a game of tennis with your users. They facilitate a chat-reply, chat-reply sequence similar to a normal conversation to it takes the hours out of responding to leads, inquiries, and everything in between.
