What Chatbots Really Are (Hint: Disney is involved)

Chatbots seem to be the hot topic of 2017-2018. And it's for good reason. These guys are major powerhouses for helping any business (especially starting out or small business). Now you might be wondering: What even are chatbots?

These little guys are basically a software app that helps simulate human-like conversations.

But, before your eyes start to glaze over. Think about it like this: They are playing a game of tennis with your users. They facilitate a chat-reply, chat-reply sequence similar to a normal conversation to it takes the hours out of responding to leads, inquiries, and everything in between.

Now doesn’t that sound good?

Yea, sounded so good that even a whole host of other organizations put them into place. To truly save them time and money.

Need some more reassurance? I get it! Here’s some stats to show you the true power of chatbots:

-35% of consumers want to see more companies using chatbots. (ubisend, 2017)

Right? Crazy, You know whats crazier?

-37% of consumers would rather buy items via a company's Facebook page than their website. (HubSpot, 2017)

-47% of consumers are open to buying items through a chatbot, and 37% would buy items from Facebook (HubSpot)

Meaning= We need to get on STAT!

Thinking of procrastinating a little longer? Well:

By 2020, over 80% of businesses are expected to have some sort of chatbot automation implemented (Business Insider, 2016).

So the longer you wait, the more your competitors will have them and might lead to some less clients plus more stress.

So what can Chatbots do for you? They allow (you) a business to be available, contactable, and reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Plus allow consumers to contact a business without having to deal with a phone call, being put on hold, or having to push buttons to navigate from department to department.

Basically the virtual dream team.
