The Origin

I noticed something after working with dozens of clients including many Multi 6 Figure+ earners that had funnels already built out.. they were falling victim to these two industry habits:

A: Focusing solely on the front-facing side of marketing (bringing in more people), not much on the back-end aka the materials created to sell for you. Usually from a past program that had copy/paste templates you tweaked but didn't really sound or feel like 'you.'

B: Their sales funnel was not optimized for how cold audience operate. Leaving their funnel to flop with ads compared to followers they had who interact and buy differently. Not having a funnel with the internal/emotional messaging of their ICA first so it wouldn't matter where their clients were at, they would convert..period.

From these two patterns I saw forming for clients it was rooted in turning on the funnel to ads as is, filling up their list/containers like an email list and Instagram with ease…But when it came down to their sales funnel selling for them (what they created to sell for them in place of a sales call or even DM sales).. it fell short.

The reason: More leads/traffic amplified the profit leaks hiding inside their sales system that without a huge influx, could go unchecked for a while...but making it near impossible to scale in the timeline they desired. See why I put this step as Phase 5 instead of most's Phase 1.

Phase 3: Implement 

We now move from high level to nano level with translating the sales message blueprint created from Phase 2 and the profit gaps we found in Phase 1 into actual funnel tech tasks and sales copy.

Including a VIP Implementation Day Danielle does to go through each line of your sales page, email, and any asset attached to the funnel and creates changes in the layout, copy or structure to ensure the highest chance of success with this funnel for months & years to come. Phase 4: VALIDATE 

Once all the changes have been made to every layer of the funnel and tested to check all back-end tech flow.

This is the last phase in the Legacy Maker Package where I guide my client to do 2 launch pushes to validate the new funnel's efficiency and make any minor changes from the data.

The reason we do two is because the first is a smaller push to confirm the main entry point and sales vehicle are connecting. The second is to ensure all aspects are working together and spot any low CTR emails or low conversions to recalibrate before hand.

I describe this like your Sales Funnel is the sun in it's own solar system. The biggest planet providing life to other planets revolving around it.

If the sun isn't addressed first, those planets would die out regardless. But since you worked on that first you can now zoom out to address the current pillars feeding into this funnel like your newsletter/email marketing, your podcast, ads, your social media content, etc. To have a conguent strategy across all types to ensure no matter the platform they are on, they are in the hottest stage of buyer awareness to your offer they can be when they enter your funnel.
